Spiritual Weakness

Maybe you feel weak, analyze yourself, make a list of things you accomplish this year and the things you failed, put it on your mirror and see what you can do better when you see yourself see what you need to change, you have about 2 Month till this year is done so make a difference NOW NOT NEXT YEAR!!!!

3 Things to have the Best

Last blog I talked about how we all have to go through the worst to have the best. In this blog I'm giving you 3 things for you to receive the best: Read This:

"Therefore do not cast away your confidence, which has great reward. For you have need of endurance, so that after you have done the will of God, you may receive the promise" -Hebrews 10:35, 36 

The promise that this verse talks about is the best you can receive but did you catch the 3 thing you need to receive the best? Well here they are:

1.Confidence- to receive the best you have to have confidence in yourself and mostly in God. Without Confedence how are you going to have the Best!

2.Endurance- we can say that by having endurance can also mean patience. By enduring the worst you'll soon enought be having the best.

3.The Will Of God- God wants his will to be done but many goes by the will of their own which is the cause why the worst remains worst! But by doing his will in your life you can receive the Best from Him.

Practice these 3 and you'll see a life transformation in you. 

Worst for the Best.

You'll never experience the best to get the best but rather you have to face the worst to get the best! Does it make sense?!

Well it's the truth nothing in life really comes easy but you have to struggle to get to it. Nobody like to face and go thru obstacles because what if something goes wrong or end up messing things up! Imagine Jesus he had to face the worst to get the best which is our souls. David had to face the worst to get the best which is being the king of Israel. Abraham faced the worst to get the best. How about you? Many youth faced the worst but some just got their life even worst? Why is that? Well there three things you have to know to receive the best! Find out Thursday!!!!!

Day 21: Mount Hermon (Part Two)

Today ends the 21 Days Of Renewing The Spirit Of Our Mind! You Have Climbed The mountain representing Sacrifice.

Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is—his good, pleasing and perfect will. Romans 12:2 

Jesus was on the top of that mountain and 3 noticed that transformation how about you? Share your experience of the 21 days! But remember Stay in the faith because You Are The #REVOLUTION!

Day 16: Be A Visionary!

We often see youth with no future plans or they don't see themselves in a high position at work or school. One of the worst thing is to see a youth with no Vision! What is the problem with those types of youth? Could it be that the past is blinding them to have vision of the future? What what does it take? First pray to God to have a vision of what to be! And the rest is up to you!

‘And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. Acts 2:17 

To be Young you have to be a VISIONARY!

Day 15: Mount Hermon (Part One)

Behold, how good and how pleasant it is For brethren to dwell together in unity! It is like the precious oil upon the head, Running down on the beard, The beard of Aaron, Running down on the edge of his garments. It is like the dew of Hermon, Descending upon the mountains of Zion; For there the Lord commanded the blessing— Life forevermore. -Psalms 133:1-3

Day 12: Break Those Limits.

Who said you have a limit? Who said you can't make it to your goals and dreams? Why are you so stressed about doing your best? Why are you tearing up? Why are you afraid, lonely, sad? Why are you making your life difficult? 

But want to know something your can break your limit and go far beyond. You can make it to your goals and accomplish those dreams. When you stressed out lift your hands and ask for strength and never give up. When you are sad and lonely and afraid someone is always there to be with you. The only thing you need to do to call on God to make your life possible. But it depends on you to BREAK THOSE LIMITS

Day 11: No Sacrifice No Success

Where there's no sacrifice there is never success in ones life. When you don't put your part how can you expect to see a result?! For this fast if your not sacrificing your not nearly close to success. think about it.....

Day 10: Be Sharp! Iron Sharpens Iron...

As iron sharpens iron, So a man sharpens the countenance of his friend. Proverbs 27:17 

When a youth or anyone has the Holy Spirit they are able to help sharpen someone's life giving then that example you are especially your friends. We can sharpen our friends but it depends on you because without the Holy Spirit we cannot help anybody. Just like Iron sharpen Iron we can sharpe our friend and anyone around us but first you have to be Sharp!

Day 9: Project Break The Pressue

A Project that will make a #REVOLUTION in the YPG New Jersey! 

How many people do we know that are influenced by peer pressure majority are youth. It's Time for the YPG to TAKE ACTION! Starting Now Oct.1st to Nov.17th we areon a mission to Break The Pressure in each respective City! More Info will be given soon...

Your mission is look for those youth that are in peer pressure or influence and get ready for a massive rescue!

Day 9: The Incredible Son Of God!

We as Youth that wants to be or is of God will have to face challenges ahead but mainly a challenge of faith to see if you are of God. Some will go against but in reality who will go against you of God is with you (Read Romans 8:31). Just like you see in the picture up top not even Hulk will be able to face a Son of God! But to become a Son of God you will have to Obey his word. Learn to obey and no one will Go against you!

Day 8: Bad Company

Do not be deceived: “Evil company corrupts good habits.” I Corinthians 15:33

This is the Question: Who do you hang out with? 

Sometimes (Well Most Of The Times) we have friends that are influencing us in a bad way like it saids in the verse "corrupting good habits"

That is a situation that many youth are facing being Influence by their friends, family or even Society. Mainly we call that Peer Pressure- Being Influence by one's peer!

Many youth can't break from this influence but get ready because we are going to help the your who wants to Break The Pressure!

Day 7: Faith v.s Doubts

Many youth get in a situation that they doubt themselves to become more then they are now. They don't know the potential they have. But what is one way to fight your doubts? Mainly your faith...

Your faith is what makes life more possible. So!!! Are you gonna doubt yourself or do you have faith of yourself? One advice you should doubt your doubt.....

Day 6: You Choose

You choose which road, direction, future, and life your taking. 

No one can't decide for you.

Make the right decision and never look back.

Be The #REVOLUTION

Day 5: Be Free

Then Jesus said to those Jews who believed Him, “If you abide in My word, you are My disciples indeed. And you shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free. John 8:31, 32 

Once you know the truth, everything that pressured you, trapped you, and used you, will let go of your life and you'll be free of anything that accused you. But it depends on you if you want to be free or not.

Day 5: One Of A Kind

Be Different then people expect you to be. Never Follow the crowd. Because God made you a one of a kind! 

Day 4: Choose The Good Part

Now it happened as they went that He entered a certain village; and a certain woman named Martha welcomed Him into her house. And she had a sister called Mary, who also sat at Jesus’ feet and heard His word. But Martha was distracted with much serving, and she approached Him and said, “Lord, do You not care that my sister has left me to serve alone? Therefore tell her to help me.” And Jesus answered and said to her, “Martha, Martha, you are worried and troubled about many things. But one thing is needed, and Mary has chosen that good part, which will not be taken away from her.” Luke 10:38-42 

Day 4: Keep Calm and Never Give Up.

Many youth are in a situation that they want to give up the 21 Days Challenge because of something they want to do, watch, or listen. What is your excuse then? What is most important for you? Have you ever thought on what God wants from you? Well? Think about it......

A Youth Destruction - Love Life

Love is something precious in life because Love fills the emptiness inside us. When God gives us Love we know that we are not alone, Am I right?

But the devil loves to play with our love life. But how can our Love life destroy us?

Everyone falls in love it’s something natural because were humans. But one thing is falling in love and another is being smart about love.

Majority of youth are in a relationship because of what people can say to them if they are not in it. The devil likes to play around in that area of a youth. He puts them to fall in love then ruin their lives with one mistake.

Let’s take a trip thru time to the past events “I Love You, Seriously” and “ILS2” you have seen the situation that the main character has faced in the two plays. One made the girl pregnant and got locked up and the other didn’t make the right choice.

The devil hits a lot in that area because he knows that the love life is youth downfall. But one thing that the devil is already doing is attacking youth that are in church or in the YPG in their love life. But why?

The devil knows that a youth that is converted to God can make an impact to this world. That is why the devil is attacking harder in the Love life of the youth in the YPG or in the Church. It’s not wrong to date or to be with someone but one of the things that the youth tends to do is to “KEEP IT A SECRET”

They don’t want the youth from church or YPG to know. They don’t want the assistant’s to know. They don’t want even the pastor to know that they are in a relationship! But guess what God knows! Maybe your one of the youth that is in that situation, here is and advice “SPEAK UP” because if you keep it as a secret then the devil will make your love life a wreck! Be Smart About Love! Ask Your YPG Pastor for advice on your relationship because if you keep it as a secret then Be careful because the devil will work to ruin and destroy your love life and your life as well!

What is your Name? What is your Reputation?

So he went to his father and said, “My father. “And he said, “Here I am. Who are you, my son?” Jacob said to his father, “I am Esau your firstborn” Genesis 27:18, 19

Why would Jacob lie about who he is to his father? Is it because he is hiding what he really is?

Jacob had a reputation that made himself fake the real him. How many youth now a day does the same thing “Pretending to be something that they are not!” just because the lives of those youth aren’t the way they want it to be. Jacob was treated as a cheat, thief, and etc.  Many youth are mark as a bad reputation like a Loser, stealer, cheater, a fool, and the most famous reputation “A FAILURE!” That was Jacob marked with a bad reputation to everyone around him!

But how can your reputation change?!?!

So the Man said to him, “What is your name? “ He said, “Jacob.” Genesis 32:27

God is expecting you YPG Front Liner to be honest and open to Him and if you’re expecting your reputation to change it requires sacrifice just like Jacob fought with God to be different and to give him the blessing. Maybe it time for us the YPG to change our reputation aren’t we front liner the first to go and fight well one thing for sure only those who wants the blessing are willing to go all out with all their strength to Fight For The Blessing!

And He said, “Your name shall no longer be called Jacob, but Israel; for you have struggled with God and with men, and have prevailed.” Genesis 32:28

What is your Name and what is your Reputation all depends on the Sacrifice you are willing to Make!

"Pride" of a Youth...

Why is it so hard to find a humble youth or to be exact a youth that recognize that he needs help. Everyone wants to be right and everyone wants to show off to others but not everyone wants to be corrected when they do an error or not everyone wants help from nobody and especially Gods help.

Many and I mean “MANY” youth are full of pride now days. They humiliate others because they are not in the latest fashion or they are not up to date with technology or even because they don’t go with the flow (drinking, partying, sex, drugs, etc.). Most of the youth with pride only depends on themselves for help and reject the help of others including Gods help.  Pride is one common thing we see in many youth and you can see it in anywhere you go even with youth that goes to church!

“Pride goes before destruction” Proverbs 16:18

You think that a prideful youth will manage to be correct all the time. Pride goes before destruction which means that because of the youth pride they will soon be humiliated. Pride is something that no assistant, pastor, or even God cannot take away. The only way that you can take Pride away from the heart is by humiliating but not in front of people but in front of God. Showing God that you humble in front of his presences will show that you need of him. 

UNSTOPPABLE!

When you hear the word UNSTOPPABLE what comes in mind?

Strong, Unbeatable, Capable of Everything, Forceful, Cannot be Stopped, etc.

Are you UNSTOPPABLE? Not many youth think they are capable of making a difference but are you capable YPG Front Liner?

This summer 2013 the YPG NJ is going to bring up a level. We’re going to Live Life to the Fullest (Find out more next blog post) and we’re going to be UNSTOPPABLE. Day Thirteen: The Valley Of Dry Bones- Part 1

Welcome YPG Front Liner to the Valley of Dry Bones. A Valleywhere there’s no one but Dry Bones. Where everything is with no spirit, nolives, nothing….

But do you want to know the reality. We live in a world whereyou see youth enjoying life, Living the life, and screaming “YOLO” everywhere.It seems that they live in a wonderland full of life everywhere! But In realitywe as YPG Front Liners are walking in the Valley of the Dry Bones!

“Then He caused me to pass by them all around, and behold,there were very many in the open valley; and indeed they were very dry.”Ezekiel 37:2

You don’t see these youth dead or even dry from the outside.But how about inside? They have a name that is alive but they are dead! YouFront Liner who goes to school or work, you’re around youth every time, you seethem laugh, having fun, clubbing, and it seems that they have everythingalright! But inside they are those Dead Bones in the Dry Valley! Sad isn’t it?But what is worst is that many Youth in the YPG are those dry Bones! That iswhy we don’t see that difference in the YPG!

“And He said to me, “Son of man, can these bones live?”Ezekiel 37:3

Who is the “Son of man”? Those youth who are willing to seeand seek the difference in their lives first and the lives of other second!

Day Twelve: Trust Fall - Part 2

 

It’s a risky move doing a trust fall with someone you don’t trust? Am I right?

Many and majority of teen has trust issue with maybe friends, teachers, parents and everyone around them. But the major problem of why many people are in a world of misery and a world of problem is because they have major trust issue with God.

You can do many things in your church clean, help around and etc. God trust in you to do the right thing but many don’t trust in what God can do in your life.

You’ve seen Day 11 video about how the women did not trust in Jesus. Once you try a trust fall with Jesus you become so blessed, things turn out right, you later have complete trust in him! UNTIL LEVEL TWO COMES! Jesus asked the lady to face him and to fall back until she realized that there was no one behind her. Here the problem people doubt in what God can do to their life and think of it as a risky move! What if she fall back (Sacrifice) without any one behind her (without doubt)? God would have transformed her life!

“Blessed is the one who trusts in the LORD, whose confidence is in him.” Jeremiah 17:7

Be ready YPG Front Liners April 14^th is the Day in which those who are in the faith will climb on top of the Mount Hermon and will receive the blessing and eternal life. What are you waiting for Trust fall when Jesus tell you to and don’t doubt!

Day Eight: Secret Meeting

“Now after six days Jesus took Peter, James, and John his brother, led them up on a high mountain by themselves,” Matthew 17.1

Private means belonging to or for the use of one particular person or group of people. It is something intimate. Special.

What did Peter, James and John have that was so special to be taken to Mount Hermon, and see the glory of God transfiguring the Lord Jesus?

There were twelve disciples, nine of them became aware of His glory, but only three of them saw it.  The luminous cloud that wrapped around them was God Himself, saying: “This is My beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased. Hear Him!” Matthew 17.5

There are multitudes of people that are aware of the Word of God, and therefore call themselves Christians. However, from among this multitude, how many have seen this glory transfiguring their own life?

We are sure of one thing:“...many are called, but few are chosen,” Matthew 22.14

Couldn’t it be that the few who are chosen are those who listen and obey?

In my point of view, it would be unfair if those who only listen but do not practice, see in their lives the same results as those who obey and sacrifice.

I believe that the Lord Jesus is calling us to the Mountain.

Out of so many people, isn’t it a privilege to be chosen and considered close, special?

Have you ever imagined having the same light that illuminated them also illuminate your life? The power that transfigured Jesus, transforming all of your life, not just a part of it, but 100%?

And the only condition for this to happen is OBEDIENCE, but of course, it requires SACRIFICE.

What is the truth? Why does Satan don't want you to know it? Well it’s because that truth will set you free from any chains that are around you! Day Five: Facebook and Twitter?

Some people are wonder about Facebook and twitter.... Can you use it during the 21 Days Challenge?

Well here's my question: For what reason will you use it?

Facebook and Twitter is two power tools we can all use to outreach and rescue many souls! Many that are in the faith of the 21 Days are using Facebook and Twitter but only to rescue those souls! They’re putting verses from the Bible, Share Blog Post with messages, putting thoughts about the 21 Days, and etc.

You can use Facebook and Twitter but if you are really in the Faith of the 21 Days then it will only be used to post thing that will benefit you. You will avoid chatting with friends that are not in the same faith that you are and avoid reading things that will not benefit you! But make a difference in those sites. Share this Blog in your page! It's Your choice many will still avoid Facebook and twitter until April 14th but if you want to make something different then Save A Life in Those Site's!

Day Five: Wise yet Somewhat Dumb

Do you see a man wise in his own eyes? There is more hope for a fool than for him. Proverbs 26:12

To be wise in your own eyes means to think you’re incapable of making mistakes, above reprehension, and know all the solutions to every problem – including yours and others.

Obviously, the mistake in this way of thinking is that none of these assumptions are correct. A person like this will simply appear proud, arrogant, unbearable, and extremely dumb.

The alternative is to listen more, speak less, observe more, judge less, ask more, assume less, inform yourself more, isolate yourself less – recognize that you’re not the lord of everything and everyone.

True wisdom leads us to humility, not conceit.

Day Four: Any Suggestions?

Many of you are having a situation of what to do during the 21 Days or don't know what you can do to give more to God. Maybe What you are doing now isn't enough!
Here's some suggestion and ideas you can do!
•Read: It's important that you read the Bible Daily to see what God want from you even if you read a verse (Pray Before you read!) You can also read Nothing To Lose or the book Shoulda Been Dead by Damien Jackson!
•Pray: Pray at least 3 times a day (Mornings, Afternoons, and Nights) it's important to seek Gods strength and to be communicated with him!
Outreach: Outreach is one activity you can do during the 21 Days plus it can help the YPG in your branch to grow. Grab some of your YPG Buddy and go save a life!
Watch a Bible Base Movie: Their's many movies you can watch but of course during the 21 Days it should be a movie that will help you in these fast like some movies can be Courageous, To Save a Life, Saving God, or you can watch The Bible Series on the History Channel or on your Laptop during the 21 Days.
Come More Often: Wednesday, Friday, and Sunday are important days to come but also come the rest of the Days during the 21 Days to seek more of Gods Spirit!
Get Involve!: Go help in your branch on what you can do! Maybe clean, cut some flyers, and Etc. Ask your local YPG pastor on what you can do to Get Involve in your branch.
For any more things on what you can do during the 21 Days ask your YPG pastor or ask God cause He will tell you what to do! Hope This Help!

Day Four: When Life gives you Lemon but No Water?

You heard the saying “When life gives you lemons, you makelemonade!” but how can you make lemonade with just lemons? Life didn’t give youwater to make lemonade? Did it? Water is essential to every drink you make….Without water everything you drink can either be too sour, too sweet, or toobitter. But life cannot provide you with the water you need, you have to lookfor it, you have to seek and find this water!

Jesusanswered and said to her, “Whoever drinks of this water will thirst again, butwhoever drinks of the water that I shall give him will never thirst. But thewater that I shall give him will become in him a fountain of water springing upinto everlasting life.” John 4:13, 14

Youseek this water and he will give it to you!

Thisis the fourth day of the 21 Days challenge and it’s your opportunity to seekthis water! Life can give you lemons but you should seek that water but not justany water because HIS water will not make you thirst again! 

Day Three: Distraction at its Best!

Distraction, Distraction, Distraction!

Distraction is going work hard so you won’t get through the 21 Days! Here’s a Question: How many times were you distracted in these 3 days of fast that past?

Distraction is everywhere but only those who are strong will be able to get rid of those distractions! You will pay no attention to those distractions.

But be careful because those distractions will want to lead you to fall in its trap! It will want you to make you lose focus on what you are striving for!

“Let your eyes look straight ahead, And your eyelids look right before you.” Proverbs 4:25

Have you Faith Fully Focused on these 21 Days! It your opportunity to make a difference! Don’t let anything stop you! Be Strong and Courageous!  

Day Two: For Your Own Good

"And this I say for your own profit, not that I may put a leash on you, but for what is proper, and that you may serve the Lord without distraction." 1 Corinthian 7:35

It’s not an obligation to do the Fast of Daniel but it’s something more than just giving up what you like, it is to receive something greater in your life that will transform you!

Many are addicted to things you can't let go like Facebook, Twitter, Soccer, Video Games or TV!

But what Profit will it bring to you? Just momentarily!

But what profit will the 21 Days bring to you? A lot that you can't imagine!

God wants to talk to you but there is many distractions!

Take away those distractions and hear God! These 21 Days maybe Hard but "It's For Your Own Good!"

Day One: Walk In Spirit!

"Even the youths shall faint and be weary, And the young men shall utterly fall, But those who wait on the Lord Shall renew their strength; They shall mount up with wings like eagles, They shall run and not be weary, They shall walk and not faint." Isaiah 40:30, 31
What is walking in Spirit! I say to you now it's not about being religious! But to be separate from this world.
But how can you walk in the Spirit while your being distracted by what is in this world! TV, Internet, and etc.
